📱LP Token holder profit estimate

As indicated on the NEO X User Acquisition page, thanks to an investment of 250,000 euros, we can hope to obtain 70,000 new users of NEO Dash/NEO X.

The average amount of monthly profits generated is between 3 and 6 euro. This calculation is based on the current income generated by NEO Dash / NEO X users. Taking into account those who generate 0 euro (sleeping user) and those who generate the most profit (most active users) the average is 4.50 euros per month.

So the monthly profit forecast for a marketing investment of 250,000 euros would be around 315,000 euros. (after having exceeded 70,000 users on NEO Dash/NEO X).

The 315,000 euro generated each month will be allocated as follows:

• 30% covers fixed costs (developers, servers, maintenance, etc.).

• 2% covers compliance costs

• 20% is invested for future developments and acquisition of new licenses or others.

• 5% is dedicated to an emergency fund (in case of unplanned expenses)

• 20% remains in the treasury of the DAO

• 23% is redistributed to LP Token holders as profit for providing liquidity to the DAO by purchasing LP Token.

Take as an example that 1 LP Token = 1 euro with initial investment 250,000 euro.

250,000 euro therefore represents 250,000 LP Token. The total income generated is 315,000 euros per month. Of the total income generated, 23% is redistributed to LP Token holders. 23% of 315,000 euros = 72,450 euros.

To resume: Initial total investment 250,000 euro. Monthly ROI (after exceeding 70,000 users): 72,450 euro. 72,450 euros X 12 months: 869,400 euros.

So a person who would have bought the equivalent of 1,000 euro of LP Token, staying on the same example above with 1 LP at 1 euro, could generate monthly profits of: 289.8 euro, or 3477.60 euro per year.

• 1 LP = 0.2898 Euro

• 1,000 LP = 289.8 euro

• 289.8 euro X 12 months = 3477.60 euro

It is important to note that this profit is calculated on the basis of 70,000 active users of NEO X and that the number of users is constantly increasing and therefore the profits for the LP Token holders will increase and the face value of the LP Token as well.

It should also be taken into account that this profit is received during the entire period during which a person holds LP Tokens, but he can also independently sell these LP Tokens directly on the DEXs.

Which gives an added advantage over other cryptos. For example: If I buy 1 bitcoin at $20,000 and wait for the price to reach $30,000 to sell it. It can take 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or more, and during all this time the bitcoin that I have in my wallet does not bring me anything (until I sell it). The LP Token can also allow to do the same thing, the difference and the advantage is that while I hold LP Token I generate profits.
